For over a decade, Elvis & Kresse have been rescuing raw materials, transforming them into luxury lifestyle accessories and donating half of their profits back to charity.
When founders, Elvis & Kresse learned that London‘s damaged decommissioned hoses were headed to landfill they embarked on a mission to give these hoses new life by creating British made accessories. Since then, none of London’s fire-hose has gone to landfill and over 170 tonnes of material has been reclaimed.
The brand now incorporates other waste material including parachute silk, shoe boxes and tea sacks while continuing to support the next generation of British craftspeople.
Elvis & Kresse are a founding UK B Corp and have most recently partnered with the Burberry Foundation which will see them rescue over 120 tonnes of Burberry offcuts over five years.
